Calculating of booking price:

Rent period between:
0 – 2 months = 15% of the total rent + VAT
2 – 6 months days = 15% of the total rent + VAT
6 months – 1 year = 10% of the total rent + VAT
1 year and more = 1 month rent + VAT

Example:
If you rent 2 months a flat for 25 000 CZK / month
Booking price will be: (25.000 Kč x 2 months x 15 %) + 20% for VAT = 9.000 CZK.


The reservation fees will be kept by Prague Student Agency as agency fees.
